Does Christmas make you Snore More?

Did you know that Christmas can actually make you snore more? If you're usually prone to the nightly grumbles or even if you're not, the season of goodwill can fuel snoring. Watch out for the following festive indulgences, which could lead to snoring and shaking the rafters for the whole of December:

But Santa's little helper is at hand. Snoreeze works by actively lubricating the soft tissues at the back of the throat, the vibrations of which are the main cause of the snoring noise.

Snoreeze is available in Throat Spray or Oral Strip format. All you need to do is either spray at the back of the throat, or place the dissolvable strip on the roof of the mouth, before you go to sleep.

A formula of micro-encapsulated natural oils, Snoreeze works for up to eight hours and it's perfect as a stocking filler, if you know someone that needs a nudge in the right direction.
